Our Process
Prep
We pressure wash, scrape loose or peeling paint, sand rough edges, and caulk gaps before priming.
Prime coat and seal
Every exterior gets a full prime coat and seal before the color coats go on. Most competitors skip this and use a standard exterior paint as their primer, which lets water get underneath and wear the paint away faster. This step is why our exteriors are built to last.
Paint
We apply as many coats as needed for a clean, even finish. Complex structures like trims and porch columns, and homes with more floors, take more time and material.
Cleanup
We clear the site of drop cloths, tape, and debris and do a final walkthrough with you.
